appeals policy

  • reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the standards
  • any person depicted in the content to appeal to remove such content, and to have the content removed should the outcome of the investigation determine that consent was not given or is void under applicable law
  • complaint consequences: modification or removal of the content
  • all such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days

process for review

  1. notice of appeal
  2. examining the complaint
  3. decision
  4. examiner’s Answer
  5. appeal the result if necessary – disagreement will be resolved by a neutral body
  6. completion of omplaint process
